GD Series Fully Automatic Candy Production Line

The GD Series Fully Automatic Candy Production Line is a highly integrated modern industrial equipment for candy depositing and molding. It is extremely suitable for large and medium-sized snack manufacturing plants, candy processing enterprises, and the health food industry, specifically designed for the continuous, high-standard production of various hard candies, soft candies (gelatin/pectin), toffee, and vitamin functional gummies. Its core advantages lie in its extremely wide capacity range (150kg/h to 1000kg/h) and a flexible mold system (fully compatible with metal and silicone molds). The entire assembly line is built with food-hygiene grade 304/316 stainless steel, integrating automated syrup boiling, high-precision servo depositing, chilled water circulation cooling, and an automatic demolding system, making it the ultimate solution for realizing large-scale, intelligent mass production of high-end candies.

I. Product Overview & Core Advantages

The GD Series Fully Automatic Candy Production Line represents the high standard of molding technology in today's candy manufacturing industry. Through a central PLC automatic control system, it achieves unmanned assembly line operations from syrup boiling to finished product output. Its core advantages include:

  • High-Precision Servo Depositing System: Utilizes an advanced servo motor-driven depositing system to ensure that the weight of every single candy (2-20g/piece) is extremely precise, effectively avoiding raw material waste and guaranteeing a highly consistent appearance and weight of the products.
  • Multi-functionality & Mold Compatibility: This production line is compatible with both metal molds and silicone molds. By simply changing the front-end boiling formula and the back-end molds, the same production line can produce different shapes of single-color, dual-color, or even center-filled hard and soft candies.
  • Fully Enclosed Automatic Cooling System: Built-in with an efficient chilled water circulation and cold air system, the candies pass through multiple cooling channels before demolding. This not only greatly shortens the production cycle but also ensures that soft candies are crystal clear and hard candies have a smooth and glossy surface.
  • Full Stainless Steel & GMP Compliance: The overall equipment architecture, piping, and material contact parts are all made of premium stainless steel, thoroughly eliminating sanitary dead corners. It supports CIP (Clean-In-Place) online cleaning and fully complies with strict domestic and international food hygiene and GMP standards.

III. Packaging & Shipping Information

Large-scale fully automatic production lines require extremely high standards during the delivery, installation, and debugging stages. We provide a comprehensive guarantee plan:

  • Modular Packaging & Transportation: The minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1 production line. Since the entire line length ranges from 18 to 35 meters, the equipment will be modularly disassembled into the boiling section, depositing section, and cooling section before leaving the factory. After undergoing complete rust-proof and moisture-proof treatment, they are packaged into multiple heavy-duty fumigation-free wooden cases and shipped internationally using 40-foot High Cube (40HQ) containers.
  • Factory Layout & Delivery Time: After signing the contract, our engineering team will provide a free CAD equipment floor layout drawing based on your factory dimensions. The non-standard customization and production cycle for the entire line is usually 45-60 working days.
  • Installation, Debugging & Warranty: The complete line of equipment comes with a one-year warranty service. For large production lines, we strongly recommend dispatching senior engineers to your overseas factory for on-site assembly, piping connection, test runs, and in-depth training for your operators (the customer is responsible for visa, flight tickets, and board and lodging expenses).

IV. Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q: Can this fully automatic production line produce hard candies and soft candies at the same time? A: Yes. This depositing production line features extremely high compatibility. While hard candies and soft candies (such as gelatin or pectin) differ in front-end boiling temperatures and formula processes, the depositing molding host and cooling channels can be shared. You only need to switch the depositing program in the system and use the corresponding molds.

Q: Can the shape and weight of the candies be customized? A: Absolutely. The molds (metal molds or silicone molds) are custom-made through 3D engraving based on the candy shape you desire (such as a gummy bear, fruit shape, or hemisphere). Additionally, the servo depositing system allows you to precisely set the weight of each individual candy within the range of 2 grams to 20 grams.

Q: Why does the production line require the consumption of steam and compressed air? A: Steam is primarily used for boiling syrup in the jacketed kettle at the front end. Steam heating provides rapid temperature rises, even heating, and prevents burning, making it the best heat source for industrial candy boiling. Compressed air is mainly used to drive the high-speed opening and closing of the depositing nozzles, the automatic demolding devices, and the pneumatic valves across the entire line, ensuring fast and precise movements.
