HP-80100 Manual Large Format Flat Heat Press Machine

Core Abstract The HP-80100 is a manual large-format flat heat press machine with a slide-out lower platen, designed for one-pass transfer of oversized patterns onto T-shirts, metal plates, ceramic tiles, glass, and large-format textiles. It is best suited to advertising and promotional-gift customization shops, garment printing factories, cross-border e-commerce large-format sublimation sellers, and personalized home-textile and flag printing workshops. Its core advantages include an 80×100 cm (31.5×39.4") extra-large heating platen that forms a full-size pattern in a single press—eliminating splicing—plus a slide-out worktable that lets operators load and align materials safely outside the heated upper platen. A large heating panel delivers even heat and pressure edge to center, and 6000W power heats to 200℃ in about 15 minutes for continuous, small-to-medium batch production.

I. Product Overview

1. Product Category

  • Equipment Name: Manual Large Format Flat Heat Press Machine
  • Model: HP-80100
  • Equipment Positioning: Large-format manual flat heat transfer device with a slide-out lower platen. Purpose-built for personalized customization and batch production on large-format media such as T-shirts, metal plates, ceramic plates, glass plates, and large-format textiles. The lower platen pulls out like a drawer so operators can load and align materials outside the heated upper platen for safer, more precise handling.

2. Applications

  • Industry Applications: Widely used in advertising gift customization, garment printing factories, cross-border e-commerce large-format heat transfer, personalized home textiles, and flag/banner printing.
  • Printing Scope: Suitable for large-format flat transfer materials such as sublimation paper, solvent-based ink patterns, and flock heat-transfer prints.
  • Production Scale: Ideal for small-to-medium batch customization, large-format advertising proofing, and personalized mass production.

3. Core Functions

  • 0–399°C Wide Temperature Range: Meets the transfer temperature requirements of different materials (cotton, linen, chemical fiber, metal, ceramic, glass).
  • Digital Temperature Controller: Time and temperature are set via digital display; a buzzer reminds you when the countdown ends, making operation intuitive.
  • Adjustable Pressure Knob: Rotate the knob clockwise to increase pressure and counterclockwise to decrease it; adjust pressure according to different products.

II. Core Advantages

  • Large-Format Processing: The 80×100 cm oversized worktable forms a large-format pattern in one pass, reducing splicing steps and improving the aesthetics of the finished product.
  • Extremely Even Heat & Pressure: The large-size heating plate applies vertical pressure from top to bottom, ensuring the edges and center of large-format patterns are equally vivid with no missing color.
  • Slide-out Worktable for Safe Loading: The lower platen slides out like a drawer, so materials are loaded and aligned outside the high-temperature upper platen—reducing burn risk and making it easy to position large 80×100 cm substrates flat and straight before pressing.

IV. Operation & Workflow

1. Required Materials

  • Media: Sublimation/transfer paper and the item to be printed (cotton, linen, chemical fiber, metal, ceramic, glass, etc.).
  • Power Supply: 110V/220V power source.

2. Standard Workflow

  1. Inspection: Check the wiring and the machine; confirm there are no obvious signs such as appearance damage or broken wires.
  2. Power-on Preparation: Lift the handle and open the heating plate so the machine is in an open position.
  3. Pressure Adjustment: Place the item to be printed on the worktable and test whether the pressure is appropriate. If not, rotate the pressure knob to adjust (clockwise to increase pressure, counterclockwise to decrease pressure). After adjusting, press the handle down to test whether the pressure is appropriate. Note: Pressure adjustment should be done before placing the transfer product on the worktable; different products require separate pressure adjustment.
  4. Prepare the Item: Prepare the item to be printed. Do not place the item on the worktable during heating to avoid scorching. PS: Use sublimation paper (transfer paper) and sublimation ink (pigment ink) to mirror-print the desired pattern with an inkjet printer (except for dark transfer paper). Do not transfer until the transfer-paper ink is dry.
  5. Parameter Setting: Turn on the power switch; the temperature controller begins self-check and enters working mode after about 10 seconds.
  6. Press the SET button to display SP, then press ▼▲ to adjust the target temperature.
  7. Press SET again to display SL, then press ▼▲ to adjust the required time.
  8. Finally, press and hold SET for about 3 seconds to complete the setting; the machine begins to heat up.
  9. Preheat: After setting the temperature and time, wait for the machine to heat up (heating to 200℃ takes about 15 minutes; heat-up time varies by power).
  10. Transfer: When the machine reaches the required temperature, place the item to be transferred in the center of the worktable (do not touch the heating plate to avoid burns).
  11. Pressing: Press the handle down; the machine begins the countdown. When the countdown ends, the buzzer sounds; lift the handle, the buzzer stops, remove the product, peel off the sublimation paper and high-temperature tape—printing is complete.

V. Sales Tips & FAQ

Sales Tips

  • Promote Large Format: Emphasize to customers the 80×100 cm large-format one-pass capability, suitable for promotional shirts, banners/flags, large signage, and home textiles—reducing splicing marks.
  • Export Voltage Note: Default 220V. When exporting to 110V regions such as North America, please confirm in advance whether a customized 110V model and corresponding plug are required.
  • Highlight the Slide-out Worktable: For large-format machines a slide-out lower platen is essential—stress to customers that it enables safer loading and easier alignment of oversized items compared with fixed-platen designs.

FAQ

  • Q: Can this machine be used with 110V voltage in the United States?
  • A: The default configuration is 220V. We can customize a 110V (North American standard) model for you, equipped with a power plug that complies with the target country's standards.
  • Q: How do I adjust the pressure?
  • A: Rotate the pressure knob clockwise to increase pressure and counterclockwise to decrease it. Pressure adjustment should be done before placing the transfer product on the worktable; adjust pressure according to different products.
