VI. Workflow

  1. Film Unwinding: Mount the packaging roll film onto the machine holder, and feed the film smoothly through guide rollers.
  2. UV Sterilization (Optional): Turn on the optional UV germicidal lamp for real-time irradiation and sterilization of the film surface.
  3. Film Drawing & Registration: The film-drawing mechanism (adopting a stepping motor and photoelectric eye on the SJZF series) accurately pulls and positions the film into the bag former.
  4. Vertical Sealing: The film is formed into a tube shape by the former, and the vertical sealer heats and seals the overlapping edge.
  5. Liquid Filling: Material is injected through the filling pipe into the bottom-sealed film tube.
  6. Horizontal Sealing & Coding: The horizontal sealing mold heat-seals the top of the sachet, while the steel-stamp or ribbon coder imprints the batch number.
  7. Cutting & Output: The cutter cuts and separates the sealed packaging bags, and finished sachets slide out automatically for collection.
