It also supports thermal bonding of EVA fabric, leather, OPP and PU materials, and can be matched with APET, PETG, PVC and PP flexible coil production lines.
Adopting double-station push-pull sliding table structure, equipped with 300×400mm heating plate, the maximum processing size reaches 400×300mm. Customizable 1~4 cavities molds are optional. It supports pneumatic and hydraulic pressurization modes with adjustable temperature ranging from 0℃ to 300℃. 4. Operation Process
- Install customized molds according to product dimensions. Connect the air compressor for pneumatic model and hydraulic oil circuit for hydraulic model, and debug sliding travel;
- Set sealing temperature on the temperature control panel based on processing materials, turn on heating preheating, run idle sliding table to check pressurization performance;
- Pull out the idle sliding table, place blister shells, paper cards and leather workpieces into mold positioning grooves neatly without deviation;
- Push the loaded sliding table into the machine cavity, the equipment automatically presses down for constant-temperature hot pressing to finish blister sealing and material welding;
- Realize alternate cycle production: one station performs sealing operation while another station finishes feeding and loading;
- Turn off heating system, air source and hydraulic system after production. Remove molds and clean plastic residues after full cooling, and complete daily equipment maintenance.
