2. Consumable Recommendations

To ensure optimal sealing quality and preservation results, sealing film must be strictly matched to the tray material: * Film Specifications: The maximum width of the sealing film used is 440 mm. We recommend a standard film thickness of 80 microns. * PP Trays: We suggest using compatible PP sealing film. * PET or CPET Trays: We recommend using EVOH high-barrier sealing film. Although EVOH film carries a higher cost, its superior oxygen barrier performance significantly enhances the shelf-life of the food.
