VI. Workflow

  1. Film Loading & Setup: Install the packaging roll film onto the film frame, thread it through the bag former, and configure the target bag length and sealing temperature on the control panel.
  2. Material Loading: Pour the granular product into the top sub-packaging hopper.
  3. Automatic Dosing & Bag Forming: The sub-packaging unit automatically weighs/dispenses the preset weight, while the machine pulls and forms the film into a bag shape.
  4. Filling & Sealing/Cutting: Granules drop into the formed bag; the heat-sealing mechanism completes the top seal of the filled bag and the bottom seal of the next bag, followed by cutter separation.
