Product Specification: ASGJ Capping Machine (Automatic Capping Machine)

ASGJ Capping Machine

core Abstract: The ASGJ Automatic Inline Capping Machine is a high-efficiency packaging solution designed for daily chemical, pharmaceutical, food, and beverage production lines. Featuring a durable 201 stainless steel frame, intelligent PLC touchscreen control, and high-precision German SICK photoelectric sensors, it handles bottle heights from 80–400mm and capping speeds of 30–45 bottles/minute. Specifically optimized for complex closures such as pump heads, duckbill caps, and spray nozzles without cap damage.

I. Product Overview

  • Category: Automatic Inline Capping Machine
  • Application Scenarios: Suitable for automated production lines in the daily chemical, food, pharmaceutical, and beverage industries. Especially ideal for the following bottle and cap types:
    • Personal Care Products: Pump bottles for shampoo, body wash, etc.
    • Pharmaceuticals & Beverages: Oral liquid bottles, various screw-cap beverage bottles, spray bottles.
    • Bottle Compatibility: Handles a wide range of bottle types with heights between 80–400mm.
  • Core Function: Automatically feeds bottles via conveyor belt, utilizes photoelectric sensors to ensure "no bottle, no cap feeding/capping," and uses PLC control to precisely execute screw-cap sealing.

II. Core Advantages

  1. Smart Control System: Uses a Taiwan-brand PLC touch screen with digital settings, making operation intuitive, simple, and exceptionally stable.
  2. High-Sensitivity Sensing: Equipped with German SICK photoelectric sensors for precise bottle detection, ensuring no capping occurs without a bottle present.
  3. Durable & Sturdy Build: The main frame and body are constructed from 201 stainless steel, meeting hygiene standards and allowing easy cleaning.
  4. High Adaptability: Capping speed, conveyor belt speed, and capping head height are all adjustable for seamless integration into existing production lines.
  5. Modular Customization: Comes standard with a 2-meter conveyor belt; capping heads can be customized to single-head, double-head, or multi-head setups based on customer needs.

2. FAQ

  • Q: Does using this automatic machine require an air compressor?
    • A: Yes. The machine uses a pneumatic drive for capping components and requires an external air compressor to provide a stable pressure of 0.4–0.6 MPa.
  • Q: Can this machine work with my existing filling line?
    • A: Absolutely. The ASGJ features an inline design with adjustable conveyor height and speed, making it very easy to connect in series with front-end filling machines and back-end labeling machines.
  • Q: Can it handle uniquely shaped pump caps (like duckbill pumps)?
    • A: Yes. The machine is specifically optimized for complex screw caps such as pump heads and spray nozzles, ensuring a tight seal without damaging the cap.
  • Q: How long is the warranty period?
    • A: The machine comes with a 1-year warranty. During the warranty period, non-human-damaged parts are replaced free of charge. After the warranty expires, we offer lifetime technical support and spare parts at cost price.

VI. Working Process

  1. Infeed: Bottles enter the capping station smoothly via the front-end conveyor belt.
  2. Photoelectric Sensing: German SICK sensors detect bottles entering the capping area.
  3. Cap Placement/Sorting: Caps are placed automatically (optional cap dispenser) or manually pre-placed before moving under the capping head.
  4. Capping & Sealing: A pneumatic bottle clamping mechanism holds the bottle in place while the capping head presses down and rotates according to preset torque to complete sealing.
  5. Outfeed: Sealed bottles continue down the conveyor belt to the next process (e.g., labeling or inkjet coding).
