Before running this machine, customers need to prepare the following consumables and auxiliary equipment themselves, or purchase them additionally from our company:

1. Required Materials

  • Air Compressor：Required item. The entire series consists of pneumatic equipment. Customers must provide their own air compressor with a power rating of around 2.2KW to supply the air source.
  • Screen：Customized screens are required based on the printed patterns.
  • Fixture & Gear：Dedicated fixtures need to be fabricated based on the product to secure its position during printing. Printing a single color does not require a gear, but multi-color registration/double-color printing requires a gear for accurate positioning.
  • Consumables：Ink, Thinner, screen wash, Squeegee.

2. Standard Workflow

  1. Install the Screen：Securely mount the screen featuring your custom design into the machine's screen frame clamp.
  2. Add Ink：Pour an appropriate amount of mixed ink onto the screen.
  3. Place the Product：Position the curved product to be printed onto the support rollers (using a fixture to secure it).
  4. Start Printing：Press the start switch, and the machine will automatically complete the pattern printing.

If you need to print 2 or 3 colors on the same bottle, it is possible, but you must print them in separate passes—only one color can be printed at a time. The critical prerequisite is that your bottle must have a positioning point.
  • Q: What else do I need to buy after purchasing the machine?
  • A: This is a pneumatic machine, so you must purchase an air compressor. Additionally, dedicated fixtures must be custom-made by us for your specific bottles. You will also need to prepare consumables such as screens, ink, squeegees, screen wash, and thinners.

  • A: We provide a 1-year warranty service. During the warranty period, if damage occurs under normal use according to the manual, we provide free replacement parts (the buyer is responsible for the international shipping costs from China to their local area).
