6. Working Process

  1. Preparation: Place the filled bottles with caps loosely placed on top into the dual-workstation molds.
  2. Chamber Closing & Vacuuming: Press the start switch; the vacuum chamber automatically lowers to seal under cylinder drive. The vacuum pump starts simultaneously, extracting air from the vacuum chamber.
  3. Capping & Sealing: Once the preset vacuum level is reached, the capping unit lowers to rapidly rotate and lock the tinplate cap tightly.
  4. Pressure Relief & Chamber Raising: After capping, the system automatically releases pressure, and the vacuum chamber rises back to its reset position.
  5. Finished Product Output: The operator removes the sealed bottles and prepares for the next set of operations.
