TD-034A Double Station Pneumatic Logo Heat Press Machine

Core Abstract The TD-034A is a double-station pneumatic logo heat press machine designed for precise pressing of garment labels, chest badges, sleeve tags, cap fronts, and small-size heat-transfer prints. It is best suited to apparel accessory factories, streetwear customization studios, cross-border e-commerce sellers, sports-team numbering, and workwear branding. Its core advantages include a dual-station alternating design—while one side is pressed, the other is loaded, greatly boosting daily output—plus an air-driven vertical press system that delivers stable, even pressure for crisp, complete small-pattern transfers. A 600W aluminum heating platen covers 0–399°C, and safety features such as an emergency stop and micro-switch ensure fatigue-free, high-consistency batch production. With 110V/220V dual-voltage support, it adapts to most markets worldwide.

I. Product Overview

1. Product Category

  • Equipment Name: Double Station Pneumatic Logo Heat Press Machine
  • Model: TD-034A
  • Equipment Positioning: Efficient, labor-saving pneumatic heat transfer device, purpose-built for fine pressing jobs such as garment labels, chest badges, sleeve tags, and small-size heat-transfer prints.

2. Applications

  • Industry Applications: Suitable for apparel accessory factories, streetwear customization studios, cross-border e-commerce sellers, sports-team numbering, and workwear branding.
  • Printing Scope: Suitable for pressing flat materials such as heat-transfer labels, reflective logos, and small-size heat-transfer paper.
  • Production Scale: Ideal for small-batch, multi-style, quick-change customization and batch processing that demands high consistency.

3. Core Functions

  • Smart Digital Controller: Temperature (TEMP) and time (TIME) are precisely controllable, supporting a wide 0–399°C temperature setting.
  • Dual-Station Alternating Operation: The upper slide moves left and right to align with two fixed worktables for alternating pressing; loading and pressing happen simultaneously, significantly improving efficiency over single-station models.
  • Pneumatic Vertical Press System: Air-pressure driven for stable, even downward pressure—eliminating the inconsistent force of traditional manual presses.

II. Core Advantages

  • Labor-Saving & Efficient: The pneumatic system replaces manual force, so operators don't fatigue during long runs; the dual fixed worktables plus the upper slide enable "press on one side, load on the other," effectively increasing daily output.
  • Even Heat & Pressure: An aluminum heating plate with stainless-steel springs and sliding guide rods delivers vertical, stable downward pressure, ensuring small-pattern edges stay sharp and transfers complete.
  • Operator Safety: The machine is equipped with an emergency stop button and a micro-switch; it only activates after both hands leave the danger zone. The heating area is separated from the working area, reducing burn risk.

IV. Operation & Workflow

1. Required Materials

  • Media: Garments/fabric to be printed, heat-transfer labels, heat-transfer paper, etc.
  • Power Supply: 110V or 220V power source.
  • Air Compressor: Recommended working pressure 0.4 MPa (factory standard setting).

2. Standard Workflow

Step 1: Connect the air source and adjust pressure 1. Connect the air hose to the pneumatic machine, ensuring the fitting is secure and leak-free. 2. Lift the pressure valve and rotate clockwise to increase pressure, counterclockwise to decrease it. The factory standard pressure is set to 0.4 MPa and usually needs no frequent adjustment; after adjustment, press the pressure valve down to lock it. 3. Adjust the solenoid valve (set at the factory, generally no need to adjust): the upper regulator raises the pressure setting to control the heating plate lift force; the lower regulator sets the downward pressure to control the heating plate pressing force. When correctly adjusted, the heating plate should lift and lower smoothly at the set pressure.

Step 2: Controller Setting 1. Press the "SET" button; the display shows SP—press the up/down keys to set the desired temperature. 2. Press "SET" again; the display shows St—press the up/down keys to set the desired pressing time. 3. Finally, hold the "SET" button for about 3 seconds to save the setting; the machine begins to heat up. 4. To reset the counter, hold the "RESET" key for about 3 seconds to zero the COUNTER.

Step 3: Pressing Operation 1. Once the temperature reaches the set value, place the workpiece on the high-temperature-resistant silicone pad of one of the fixed aluminum worktables. (The two lower worktables are fixed and do not move left/right.) 2. Push the moving handle to slide the upper heating-plate carriage to the designated position; the micro-switch is triggered, the heating plate presses down automatically, and the countdown begins. 3. When the countdown ends, the heating plate lifts automatically. 4. Push the moving handle to slide the upper carriage to the other worktable, remove the finished product, and load the next item—alternate between the two sides and repeat the process.

V. Sales Tips & FAQ

Sales Tips

  • Promote "Dual-Station Efficiency": When targeting batch-processing customers, emphasize that the dual-station design enables continuous operation and a daily output clearly higher than single-station models.
  • Highlight "Pneumatic Stability": For quality-sensitive customers, explain that pneumatic downward pressure is more even than manual, making it ideal for fine jobs such as small-size label printing.

FAQ

  • Q: What can be printed on the 15×15 cm worktable?
  • A: This size is ideal for fine pressing jobs such as garment labels, chest badges, sleeve tags, cap fronts, and small-size heat-transfer prints.
  • Q: Can this machine be used with 110V voltage in the United States?
