Standard Workflow

  1. Hand Truck Entry: Workers use a manual forklift to push the pallet directly into the center of the M-shaped opening of the turntable.
  2. Unloading the Pallet: Lower the manual forklift so the pallet rests steadily on the turntable, then pull out the forklift and exit the work area.
  3. Attaching Film & Start: Manually pull out the stretch film and fix it to the bottom of the pallet, then press the start button on the touch screen.
  4. Automatic Wrapping: The turntable rotates, automatically detects the height of the goods, and automatically packages according to the parameters set by the program.
  5. Film Cutting & Shipping: After packaging is complete, the machine automatically resets and stops. Manually cut the film, and the worker pushes the manual forklift in again to transport the goods away.
