Startup & Preheating: Turn on the power and start the exhaust fan. Turn on the UV lamps one by one, observe the external ammeter, and wait approximately 3-5 minutes until the UV lamps reach a stable working state.
Parameter Setting：Adjust the conveyor belt speed (5-25m/min) and the irradiation height of the UV lampshade according to the material of the product to be cured and the characteristics of the UV ink/glue.
Continuous Feeding：Place the products printed with UV ink or applied with glue onto the input end of the Teflon mesh belt. The products will smoothly enter the curing zone along with the belt.
Cooling & Collection：Curing is complete as the product exits the output end, where it can be collected manually or by an automatic collector.

Package Deal：UV curing machines are rarely used as standalone equipment. When handling customer inquiries, always ask about their front-end printing equipment. It is highly recommended to bundle this with our flatbed screen printing machines to provide a complete, integrated post-press solution.

Q: Does the machine run at a very high temperature? Will it warp or damage plastic products?
A: The machine is equipped with an efficient exhaust system, and both the UV lampshade height and mesh belt conveyor speed are fully adjustable. As long as the parameters are set properly, the heat will be promptly extracted, making it completely safe for heat-sensitive products like plastic casings and thin films.
Q: What about warranty and after-sales services?
A: We provide a 1-year warranty service. During the warranty period, if damage occurs under normal use according to the manual, we provide free replacement parts (the buyer is responsible for the international shipping costs from China to their local area).
