VII. Workflow

  1. Feeding: Products are placed on the optional front infeed conveyor (or fed manually) and moved via the pushing device one by one into the side-sealing zone.
  2. Side Sealing: The side-seal unit moves continuously along the length of the product, sealing the open edge.
  3. End Sealing: The transverse sealing unit creates the front and rear seals, cutting the product cleanly from the continuous film stream.
  4. Shrink Tunnel: The sealed package is transported into the heat shrink tunnel for uniform shrinking under constant temperature.
