6. Workflow

  1. Preparation: Connect the 220V power supply and 0.4-0.6 MPa air source, and adjust the ultrasonic frequency to the normal range.
  2. Manual Tube Loading: Place the filled tube into the working fixture of the machine.
  3. Trigger Sealing: Press the start button or step on the foot switch, and the sealing mold closes.
