VII. Workflow

  1. Preheating: Power on and set the temperature controller to the desired level.
  2. Film Positioning: Manually pull the BOPP film to cover the positioning base on the workbench.
  3. Primary Wrapping: Place the box on the base, use the manual handle to complete the bottom heat seal, and the machine will automatically cut the film.
  4. Side Folding: Manually fold the "swallow-tail" corners at both ends of the box.
  5. Final Sealing: Press the folded sides against the side heating plates to complete the final packaging.
