6. Working Process

  1. Manual Bottle Placement: The operator places the glass jar/bottle (filled and capped) into the mold.
  2. Start / Vacuum Chamber Closing: Press start; driven by the air cylinder, the vacuum chamber lowers automatically to form a sealed space.
  3. Vacuuming: The vacuum pump starts, rapidly extracting air from the chamber and jar to reach the preset vacuum level.
  4. Capping: The capping head lowers driven by pneumatic components and tightens the cap according to the preset torque.
  5. Reset / Bottle Removal: The vacuum chamber automatically rises, completing one working cycle, and the operator removes the finished product.
