VI. Workflow

  1. Automatic Feeding: The matching Z-type elevator automatically lifts and feeds granular materials from the floor storage hopper into the packaging machine's weighing/rotary cup hopper.
  2. Film Unwinding: Load the roll film onto the machine spindle, feeding the packaging material smoothly through tension guide rollers into the bag-making zone.
  3. UV Sterilization (Optional): Turn on the optional UV germicidal lamp to continuously irradiate and sterilize the roll film surface prior to forming.
  4. Film Forming & Vertical Sealing: The flat film is folded into a tubular shape by the former, and the vertical sealing mechanism heats and seals the overlapping edges of the film.
  5. Quantitative Dosing & Filling: The rotary cup system or combination scale system accurately doses the target weight of granular materials, smoothly dropping them into the formed film tube.
  6. Horizontal Sealing & Coding: The horizontal sealing jaws heat-seal the top of the pouch and the bottom of the next pouch, while the steel-stamp or ribbon coder imprints the batch number.
