1. Required Materials

Running this machine requires no air compressor or power source. 2. Standard Workflow

  1. Clamp the Screen：Insert one side of the screen into the machine's metal frame clamps, tighten the screws to secure it, and adjust the counterweight.
  2. Place the Product：Lift up the screen, place the product to be printed flat onto the table, and make positioning marks (positioning tape can be applied).
  3. Manual Printing：Lower the screen, pour an appropriate amount of ink onto the screen, grasp the squeegee with both hands, and scrape the ink backward with even pressure.
  4. Lift Screen & Retrieve Substrate：Lift the screen with one hand and take out the printed product to complete one printing cycle.
