4. Operation Process

HFQ-02 Manual 2-Station Square Table Operation Steps

  1. Install customized identical molds on two stations. Connect air compressor for pneumatic model or hydraulic circuit for hydraulic model, adjust down stroke and holding time.
  2. Set corresponding heating temperature on the control panel based on materials, preheat the machine, test pressing action by empty push-pull movement.
  3. Place blister shells, paper cards and leather workpieces into mold positioning slots on the outer idle station.
  4. Push the loaded station into the heating zone, the machine automatically presses down for constant-temperature thermal bonding.
  5. Pull out the table after sealing to take finished products; feed materials on the other station alternately for cyclic operation.
  6. Turn off heating, air source or hydraulic system after production. Remove molds and clean plastic residues after full cooling, maintain slide rails regularly.

  3. Put blisters, paper cards and leather parts into mold positioning grooves on the outer idle station.
  4. Rotate the disc manually to move loaded station to the heating area for automatic constant-temperature heat sealing.
  5. Rotate disc to unloading position after bonding to take finished goods; feed materials on spare stations for uninterrupted cyclic production.
  6. Shut down heating, air supply and hydraulic system after work. Disassemble molds and clean residues after cooling; lubricate disc bearings and heating components periodically.
