4. Operation Process

  1. The rotary table has left and right stations: manually load products into blisters at the empty station, place blisters into mold grooves, and cover with paper cards/Tyvek;
  2. Manually rotate the rotary table to move the loaded mold to the heating station for preheating and insulation;
  3. The station rotates to the sealing position, and the cylinder presses down to complete high-temperature pneumatic heat sealing;
  4. The rotary table returns to the unloading station, finished products are manually taken out, and new products are loaded at the empty station simultaneously;
  5. Two sets of molds alternate back and forth for cyclic operation, realizing uninterrupted continuous production of the machine.
