4. Operation Process

  1. Manually load products into PVC/PET blisters at the external station, cover with paper card or Tyvek film;
  2. Start the machine, workbench automatically slides into the sealing station;
  3. Cylinder automatically presses down for high-temperature heat sealing, bonding blister and paper card firmly;
  4. Cylinder lifts up after sealing, workbench automatically slides out;
  5. Manually take out finished products, reload materials, and repeat automatic cycle.
