4. Operation Process

  1. Manually load products into blisters at the empty station, place blisters in mold grooves and cover with paper cards/Tyvek;
  2. Manually rotate the turntable, transfer the loaded mold to the platen heating station for constant temperature preheating with uniform surface heating;
  3. Rotate the station to the sealing area, cylinder presses down to complete pneumatic heat sealing, adapting to product edges with full-surface heating;
  4. Turntable continues to rotate to the unloading station, manually take out sealed products, and load new materials at the idle station simultaneously;
  5. Three sets of molds alternate for loading, preheating-sealing, and unloading, realizing seamless full-process circulation and uninterrupted production.
