Automatic Material Feeding (Optional): The optional screw feeder automatically lifts and feeds powder material from the floor bin into the machine hopper.
Film Unwinding: Load the roll film onto the spindle, guiding the packaging material smoothly through tension rollers.
UV Sterilization (Optional): Turn on the optional UV germicidal lamp to sterilize the film surface continuously prior to forming.
Film Forming & Vertical Sealing: The flat film is shaped into a tube by the former, and the vertical sealing mechanism seals the overlapping film edges.
Auger Screw Dosing & Filling: The high-precision auger screw rotates to accurately dose and drop the target weight of powder into the formed bag.
Horizontal Sealing & Coding: The horizontal sealing jaws heat-seal the top of the pouch, while the steel-stamp or ribbon coder imprints the batch number.
Cutting & Collection: The integrated cutter cuts the sealed package (flat cut or serrated cut), dropping the finished powder sachet into the collection zone.
