HP-25100 Lanyard Heat Press Machine

Core Abstract The HP-25100 is an ultra-long-format manual lanyard heat press machine designed for one-pass, seamless heat transfer onto long-strip substrates such as woven webbing, lanyards, ribbons, shoelaces, and safety belts. It is best suited to webbing and ribbon factories, lanyard customization plants, gift and cultural-creative merchandising workshops, cross-border e-commerce lanyard sellers, and sports-accessory printers. Its core advantages include a 25×100 cm (9.8×39.4") extra-long heating platen that prints an entire strip in a single press—eliminating splicing, color shift, and misalignment—plus a wider coverage that boosts single-job area by about 3.6× versus entry-level 23×30 cm presses, dramatically increasing daily output. With 1800W/2400W power and 0–220℃ precise control on sublimation-friendly materials, it delivers factory-grade, uniform, large-format transfer production.

I. Product Overview

1. Product Category

  • Equipment Name: Lanyard Heat Press Machine
  • Model: HP-25100
  • Equipment Positioning: Mid-to-large format manual heat transfer device with an extra-long worktable. Purpose-built for large-format printing on long-strip substrates (woven webbing, lanyards, ribbons, silk ribbons, shoelaces, safety belts)—one press completes the full-length pattern.
  • Form Factor: Manual Pull-Down + 25×100CM Platen. The 100 cm ultra-long heating plate is 2.5–4× the length of ordinary flat presses (23–40 cm), covering an entire webbing strip in a single press with no splicing and no color deviation.

2. Applications

  • Industry Applications: Webbing mills, ribbon factories, gift customization factories, cultural-creative merchandise, cross-border e-commerce lanyard customization, and sports-equipment accessory printing.
  • Printing Scope: Polyester webbing, sublimation lanyards, ribbons, silk ribbons, shoelaces, safety belts, and other long-strip substrates.
  • Consumables / Applicable Materials: Sublimation ink, sublimation paper, DTF transfer film, hotfix rhinestone stickers, etc.

3. Core Functions

  • Ultra-Long 25×100CM Platen: The 100 cm heating plate is designed for strip media such as webbing, lanyards, and ribbons. One press prints a continuous full-length pattern, avoiding the "segmented splicing, color difference, and misalignment" problems of traditional short-size presses.
  • Temp & Time Controller: Independent displays for temperature (TEMP) and time (TIME); set temperature and time with support for Celsius/Fahrenheit switching.
  • Adjustable Pressure Knob: Rotate the pressure knob to adjust pressure (clockwise increases pressure). Lift the handle up and press down to confirm whether the pressure is appropriate before starting operation.

II. Core Advantages

  • One-Pass, Zero Splicing: 100 cm formed in a single pass. Competitors' short-size presses require moving back and forth and segment pressing, where color difference, misalignment, and missing white are hard to avoid; the HP-25100 presses the entire webbing strip at once with uniform, consistent color, matching factory bulk-production quality.
  • Wider Coverage, Higher Throughput: Compared with 23×30 cm entry-level machines, the single-job area increases by about 3.6×. Without adding labor, daily output can multiply—the most direct way for webbing and ribbon factories to expand capacity.

IV. Operation & Workflow

1. Required Materials

  • Media: The webbing / lanyard / ribbon and other long-strip substrates to be printed.
  • Consumables: Sublimation ink, sublimation paper, printed patterns.
  • Power Supply: 110V or 220V power source.
  • Tools: High-temperature-resistant tape (to fix the pattern and prevent shifting) and gloves (to prevent burns when removing items).

2. Standard Workflow

  1. Preheat: Connect the power and turn on; set the target temperature and countdown time on the controller; wait 10–15 minutes for it to heat up to working temperature.
  2. Adjust Pressure: Rotate the top pressure knob to a suitable gear (a small trial press is recommended before formal production).
  3. Print Pattern: Design the pattern on a computer and print it with an inkjet printer + sublimation paper + sublimation ink. Use only after the ink is completely dry.
  4. Load Material: Lay the lanyard flat on the heating plate, align the pattern paper face-down precisely, and fix both ends with high-temperature-resistant tape to prevent shifting.
  5. Apply Pressure: Press the handle down firmly with both hands; the machine starts the automatic countdown.
  6. Finish: When the buzzer sounds, lift the handle, take out the lanyard, and peel off the transfer paper—the pattern is firmly attached.
  7. Power Off & Reset: After work, turn off the power and wait for the heating plate to cool before storing or moving the machine.

V. Sales Tips & FAQ

Sales Tips

  • Target B-end "webbing mills / lanyard customization factories": Compared with C-end gift customization, webbing mills demand more from "long format, continuous operation, and stability." Focus copy on factory pain points such as "entire strip formed in one pass," "no temperature drop during continuous factory operation," and "no splicing, no color difference."

FAQ

  • Q: How do I switch between Celsius and Fahrenheit?
  • A: Long-press the SET key for a few seconds until LOY appears on the display; press the ▼ key until 88 appears; long-press SET again for a few seconds until CF shows; press ▲ or ▼ to switch 0 (Celsius) / 1 (Fahrenheit); long-press SET for 3 seconds to confirm and exit.
  • Q: Can this machine be used with 110V voltage in the United States?
  • A: Absolutely. We can provide you with customized 110V (North American standard) and 220V (European/Asian standard) models, equipped with power plugs that comply with your national standards.
