1. Horizontal / Vertical Model Selection

2. Standard Workflow

  1. Set Bag Height (Vertical Model Only):
  2. Stand the pouch upright on the conveyor and loosen the knobs on both sides of the vertical column;
  3. Fine-tune the height within the 12 cm – 30 cm range until the pouch mouth feeds smoothly into the inlet, then re-tighten the knobs.
  4. Power On: Connect mains power and switch on the main power switch and the cooling-fan switch.
  5. Set Parameters: Switch on the heating switch. Set the temperature-controller value according to the film material, then adjust the conveyor belt to the appropriate speed.
  6. Warm Up: Wait 3–5 minutes until the actual temperature stabilizes at the set value.
