It is also suitable for blister packaging of small hardware, food and other items. The machine features compact structure and easy operation, integrated with pneumatic control, automatic foil feeding and digital temperature control. 4. Operation Procedure

  1. Manually put capsules, tablets and other products into PVC blisters.
  2. Place the PVC blisters with products into the machine mold.
  3. Step on the foot pedal, the machine presses down for heat sealing.
  4. The machine automatically rewinds/feeds aluminum foil.
  5. Cut off the blisters with scissors or cutting machine and trim edges.
  6. Get the finished sealed product.

1. Poor Blister Forming (Deformation, Perforation, Incomplete)

2. Weak Heat Sealing (Leakage, Bubbles, Easy to Tear)

  • Causes: Short heating time, low temperature, insufficient pressure, damaged aluminum foil adhesive layer, dirt on heating plate.
  • Solutions: Extend heating time to 4–5s, increase temperature by 5–10℃, adjust pneumatic pressure, replace high‑quality aluminum foil, clean dirt on heating plate surface.

  • Causes: Uneven foil feeding tension, unparallel guide rollers, unbalanced pressure bar height, poor aluminum foil quality.
  • Solutions: Adjust foil feeding tension knob, calibrate guide roller parallelism, fine‑tune pressure bar height, replace wrinkle‑free and uniform thickness aluminum foil.
