The whole series is divided into three categories: desktop manual/semi-automatic, vertical semi-automatic and DPP full-automatic flat machines, with two core processes: 1. Semi-automatic Desktop & Vertical Series (MTBP / TBP / ETBP / BP / CP / DP) Operators manually load materials into pre-made PVC blisters and place them in molds, then cover with aluminum foil sheets or rolls. Electric heating plates or air cylinders apply constant temperature & pressure to fuse aluminum foil and blisters. Operators cut excess foil to get finished products. Q: What specification of air compressor for pneumatic models? A: All pneumatic desktop, vertical and DPP full-automatic machines match 1200W / 50L silent air compressor, stable air pressure at 0.6-0.8Mpa for normal operation.

Q: Can pneumatic machines work without air compressor? A: No, air cylinders rely on air pressure for pressing. Customers without air supply shall choose MTBP or ETBP all-electric desktop machines.

4.2 Mold Customization

Q: Are molds included with machine standard package? A: All machines do not include molds. Molds are customized separately based on product samples. Customers need to provide 6-8 pcs PVC blister samples for mold design before order.

Q: Are molds interchangeable? Do I need new molds for new products? A: Molds can be shared among machines with identical table size. New molds are required if product size, shape or blister depth changes. 1-4 cavity multi-cavity molds are available to boost single-cycle output.

Q: Can molds stamp batch number & production date? A: Stamping modules can be integrated into molds for desktop & vertical semi-automatic machines. All DPP full-automatic machines come with independent coding device to print batch & expiry date during heat sealing.

Q: How to clean residual aluminum glue on heating plate? A: Cut off power and wait for full cooling, wipe with soft cloth dipped in anhydrous alcohol. Do not use steel wool or hard blades to scratch the coating, which will cause uneven sealing.

6. General Standard Operation Flow (Vertical Semi-automatic Example)
