4. Operation Process
- The rotary table contains three stations. Operators place products into blisters at the empty station mold, put blisters into mold grooves, then cover with paper card or Tyvek paper.
- Rotate the rotary table to move the loaded mold to the heating station for preheating.
- Rotate the station to the sealing area, the air cylinder presses down to finish pneumatic thermal sealing.
- Keep rotating the table to the unloading station; operators take out finished products and refill materials at the same time for cyclic operation.
